Surface pretreatment of rust preventive substances:

1. Surface cleaning: cleaning must be based on the nature of the surface of the rust-proof material and the conditions at that time, select the appropriate method. Solvent cleaning, chemical cleaning and mechanical cleaning are commonly used.

2. After surface drying and cleaning, it can be dried with filtered dry compressed air, or with a dryer of 120-170 degrees Celsius, or with clean gauze.

Method of applying antirust oil:

1. Immersion method: Some small articles are immersed in antirust grease, so that its surface adhered to a layer of antirust grease method. The oil film thickness can be achieved by controlling the temperature or viscosity of the rust preventive grease.

2. Brushing method is suitable for outdoor building equipment or special-shaped products which are not suitable for immersion or spraying. When brushing, attention should be paid not only to avoid accumulation, but also to prevent leakage.

3. Spraying some large-scale antirust can not use immersion method of oil, generally with about 0.7 Mpa pressure filter compressed air in the air clean place for spraying. The spray method is suitable for solvent-diluted rust-proof oil or thin-layer rust-proof oil, but perfect fire prevention and labor protection measures must be adopted.
